These terms apply to bookings and purchases made with Camping Slap af on campingslapaf.dk and through our booking page. Please read them before confirming a reservation.

2. Orders and contract
When you complete a booking on our booking page, we send you a booking confirmation by email. The agreement only becomes binding once that confirmation has been received. We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of obvious price or availability errors, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when booking. If your arrival date, party size or other details change, please let us know as soon as possible.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT. For some languages, prices may also be displayed in euro (EUR) for reference — the final amount is charged in DKK. Any fees or add-ons are clearly shown before you complete the booking.
4. Payment
The payment for a stay is split into two parts:
- Deposit: 25% of the total amount is charged immediately when the booking is completed.
- Balance: The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival.
We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard. We may add further payment methods over time (for example MobilePay) — the methods currently available are shown during the booking flow. Card details are stored only with our payment provider, and we only see a payment reference and the amount paid.
If the balance is not paid on time, the booking is treated as cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.
5. Arrival and departure
Arrival and departure times, along with practical check-in details, are stated in your booking confirmation. Please let us know if you expect to arrive outside of normal opening hours.
6. Right of withdrawal
Reservations of accommodation for a specific date or within a specific period are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), section 18(2)(12). This means you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal once you confirm a booking with Camping Slap af.
7. Cancellation and changes
Once your booking is confirmed, it is binding.
- Cancellation: If you cancel all or part of your stay, amounts paid are not refunded. This applies regardless of the reason and regardless of how far in advance you cancel. We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance through your insurance provider or credit card to cover illness or other unforeseen events.
- Changes: We will try to accommodate requests to move arrival or departure dates, but we are not obliged to do so. Any change depends on availability at the campsite and is agreed individually.
- Force majeure: If we are prevented from delivering your stay due to circumstances outside our control (such as government measures or serious operational disruption), we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution — for example rebooking or refunding the amount paid.
8. Stay at the campsite
As a guest at Camping Slap af, we expect that you:
- Treat the site, facilities and shared areas with respect.
- Follow the campsite's house rules, including rules about quiet hours, open fires and dogs (max. three dogs on a leash per unit; more by arrangement).
- Show consideration for other guests and neighbours.
In the case of serious or repeated violations, we may end your stay without a refund. You are liable for any damage that you or your party cause to the site, the facilities or other guests' belongings.
9. Complaints about your stay
If something does not live up to your expectations, please tell us straight away — that gives us a chance to put it right while you are with us. Email or call campingslapaf@outlook.com / +45 91 19 96 74. Complaints raised after departure are handled under the general rules of Danish law.

11. Disputes
We will always prefer to find a solution directly with you. If that is not possible, you may refer the complaint to:

12. Governing law and venue
The agreement is governed by Danish law, and any disputes are decided by a Danish court. Consumers are always entitled to the rights granted by mandatory Danish consumer-protection legislation.
